How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reaching out 6–12 months in advance, especially for weddings during peak season. However, we are always happy to hear about your event and will do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when our calendar allows.

What is your booking process?

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll review your event details and create a custom proposal inspired by your vision. To reserve your date, we require a 25% deposit and signed agreement.

Do you use locally grown flowers?

Whenever possible, we prioritize seasonal flowers grown on our own farm and from other local growers. This allows us to offer blooms that feel fresh, natural, and connected to the season.

Can you provide flower stems from your farm?

Yes. For smaller events or hands-on couples, we offer fresh-cut flower buckets. These are designed for DIY arrangements and are a wonderful option for creating your own florals while still working with fresh, locally grown flowers.

Can we make changes to our order?

Yes, we’re happy to make adjustments as your plans come together. Because many of our designs rely on seasonal flowers and advance ordering, we kindly ask that major design changes be finalized 60 days prior to your event. Final quantity adjustments, such as guest count changes or additional centerpieces, can be made up to 30 days before the event date.

When is our final payment due?

The remaining balance for your event is due 30 days prior to your event date. This allows our team to finalize flower orders, logistics, and design details to ensure everything is prepared for your celebration.
